Alice brings over a decade of experience in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, and strategic clarity. With a Master’s degree in Education and Development and a career spanning Africa’s education, corporate, non-profit, and social investment sectors, she has supported entrepreneurs, coached CEOs, and partnered with organisations to drive lasting systemic change.
Alice believes that strategy is not just about plans — it's about people. She works alongside clients to demystify strategy development, build leadership capacity, and strengthen the partnerships that enable sustainable growth.
